The same four steps every time. Most of the risk in agent projects is in the first two, so that's where we spend the care.

Twenty minutes, free. You describe the job; we tell you whether an agent is the right tool and what it would take. If not, we say so.

Written spec
Inputs, outputs, tools it may touch, what it must never do, and how you'll know it worked. You sign off before anything is built.

Build and test
We build on your accounts with your data, run it against real cases, and add guardrails, logging and a kill switch.

Before you book
Why is setup so much cheaper than it was?
Because the build is the easy part for us and the scary part for you. We'd rather you start on one workflow at $495, see it work in Forge Office, and add the next one than stall at a $1,500 quote. Our margin is in running it well, month after month.
Self-Run or Run & Optimize?
Self-Run if you or your office manager wants to own it day to day — we keep it hosted, patched and connected. Run & Optimize if you want us reviewing every exception weekly and tuning it monthly. Most owners start on Run & Optimize, learn the system through the Coaching Club, then drop to Self-Run.
What is Forge Office?
A live screen — phone, desktop tab or a second monitor — where each agent sits at a desk. You see who's working, who needs you and what each one did, in plain English. When a step involves money or a customer, the agent waits for you and you tap your answer. It ships with every plan.
Claude or Grok?
Whichever fits the job. We build model-agnostic so we can switch engines without rebuilding your workflow. We'll recommend on the scoping call and explain why.
Do I need engineers on my side?
No. We build on your accounts and hand over a runbook a non-technical operator can follow. The Coaching Club exists so you never have to call us to change a rule.
What happens if it breaks?
Every build ships with logging and a kill switch. Break-fix is included on every monthly plan; on Run & Optimize and Hands-Free we usually see it in Forge Office before you do.
Do I own it?
Yes. You own your workflows and your data. If you ever leave, we hand everything over for a flat $500 and it keeps running on your own accounts.
Can I start smaller?
A 60-minute consulting call maps the workflow first and the $249 fee is credited toward a build if you proceed within 30 days.
