Is the scoping call the same thing?
No. The scoping call is a free twenty minutes to decide whether a custom agent build makes sense. Consulting is a paid working session about your whole operation, whether or not you ever buy a build.
What should I prepare?
A rough list of what you and your team do in a typical week, and the tools you already pay for. If you have nothing written down, that's fine; we'll do it on the call.
Is the fee credited?
Yes. The consulting fee is credited toward a Custom Agent Build if you go ahead within 30 days.
